Aerial Eagle Eye Photography:

A small company based in Middle Tennessee in the Nashville area.  We have been in business since 2007, and we are ready to meet your aerial photography needs.

Our crew, photographers, pilots, & sales. operate completely on a freelance basis allowing us to stay small and pass the savings on to you, while still giving you all the professionalism and quality service you deserve. Many companies keep a full staff, So they have to charge more overhead and raise their prices, making the same photograph cost you a whole lot more. 


                                                      What we do:

Aerial Eagle Eye Photography will supply  oblique or vertical,  low level frontal images and video footage of your  sites. These images and video are taken according to your specifications. We do what is called custom aerial photography. We  do what is called mapping or photos done to scale.  That is done with different equipment. But if you need that done we will be happy to refer you to a company that does that kind of work.

  We can use digital and film, as well as video based camera technology, depending on the requirements of the particular mission we are flying.

The Canon XTI - it is our choice for the Digital portion of our equipment. It is used by the NFL. It produces beautiful enlargements up to 36”x24”, and the The Canon XTI  color resolution is second to none. We have grown to depend on this camera when the shooting environment is harsh and demanding.

 If you happen to like the look of film, or want just enlargements done, we can also take images on a medium format film camera. With this camera we can have images enlarged up to 50"x 50" with out it looking grainy. The negatives with a medium format camera are 4 x bigger than a 35 mm camera, allowing it to be greatly enlarged  without looking grainy.

This camera  is perfect in a small plane, giving professional looking footage  that can be loaded on to a computer editor and set up as a Power Point presentation. It can also be burned onto a DVD or recorded on to a videotape.   If you want the moving action of what your property or area looks like from above, this will do it for you. It looks so clear that it will make you feel like you are up in the air with us.

The operating expenses are lower for these aircraft than with other aircraft, allowing us to keep my prices down and pass the savings on to you, especially if the mission is over 50 miles away. These aircraft are great if you don't need low level low angle photos ( to where none or very little of the roof shows). These are ideal for verticals  or obliques that can be taken from a thousand feet, showing part of the roof or even large areas around your property. With a telephoto lense, we can replicate low level shots from a very high attitude, by request. Because of the high wing, you get a very clear, unobstructe view.

                                                            Robinson 22

                                           

The Robinson 22 - A small, two person helicopter. It has no doors and offers a great field of view that you can't get with an airplane. You can get as low as you want, legally , with no risk of danger to anyone. You can  also take video unobstructed.                        


             On rare Occassions we use a

                                                  Robinson 44


The Robinson 44 - is a 4 seat helicopter. It is only used when it is necessary to carry a 3rd person along.  But the disadvantage of this aircraft is that it cost 3 times the cost of the airplane and twice the amount of The two person Robinson 22 helicopter. That would
Make it impractical and not   nessary for most missions                                                    
                                                                           
                    Missions/Assignments:

Our missions  are flown  with 1 pilot and 1 photographer. Many companies will have one person flying and  photographing.  We think neither is being done well or safe! in such circumstances.  We want our photographer  to concentrate on only on one thing: giving you the best photos possible.

Towable booms are a new, and inventive and unique way to do very low level frontal aerials of small buildings and houses. If you want a very low angle shot of your building or house done around 25 to 100 feet off the ground, this is a cost effective solution.  I can do this very quickly, to where it is not in the way for very long. I will need enough space to allow for two vehicles to do this type of photographing. If you want more than one property done at low levels,  I can do it this way a lot cheaper  than I could, with a helicopter. I would charge the first property full price, then all other properties I will do for half price. We call this piggy backing.

From here our film lab and computer lab will spend hours, editing cropping and enhancing your images, then setting them up to the specifications you required and putting them on the medium you requested.
